About Us
We get to the roots and beyond
By Whole Being, we mean Whole Being on a physical, environmental and spiritual level.
Amanda combines physiological expertise from over 18 years working as a physiotherapist with a high level of intuition to get to the roots of issues and treat pain at connected points and source for effective, sustainable results.
We offer a range of treatments and supportive therapies on a flexible basis or we can tailor a comprehensive personal programme, integrating different practices to support your wellness journey over several months.

Investigation
Connectivity
Integration
Optimisation
We look beneath the problems presenting at surface-level to find the root cause.
We map the connections feeding the problem and explore every pathway through our treatments.
We integrate different treatments and practices for thorough, effective results.
We support you beyond recovery to sustain and optimise your health and wellbeing for the long term.
Our practice is based on the following the following four pillars:
An Integratative, Holistic Approach
About
Amanda Hall
Amanda is a Chartered Physiotherapist and Advanced Acupuncturist. She focuses on each of her patients as a whole being rather than just addressing the pain in isolated areas. She takes a personal approach and works closely with each patient to find the most appropriate way to treat them and support their optimum health.
Her integrative approach is based on 18 years of study and experience in the fields of Physiotherapy, Cranial Sacral (neural therapy), Visceral (the Barral method), Women’s Health and Acupuncture (including Fertility Acupuncture).
She is passionate about her work and dedicated to finding the root causes of issues and supporting patients' recoveries from pain or injury and their health and wellbeing beyond recovery.

Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact, mind-body exercise method focusing on core strength, flexibility, body awareness, and postural alignment. We offer Reformer Pilates at our Esher location and mat pilates sessions at both locations.
Cranial Therapy
Cranial Therapy is a gentle technique that releases tension in the deep connective tissues (fascia) to relieve pain and improve whole-body health.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to alleviate pain, improve energy flow, and restore balance. It is a safe and effective treatment for various health conditions.
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function through specific exercises, manual therapy and bodily manipulation, as well as a range of electrophysical modalities.
We offer the following treatments. They may be booked on an individual basis or as part of a package or comprehensive personal recovery programme.

Client Stories
Our clients share their transformational experiences at The Whole Being Physio, highlighting the effectiveness of our treatments in improving their health and well-being.
"Amanda is quite simply the best physio I've come across (and I have seen many over the years with various injuries!). She has an excellent personable style; providing clear explanation and detail during treatment, peppered with practical tips that are realistic to add to your daily routine.
She has great relationships with various consultants, personal trainer etc. and so addresses your problem holistically, to get you on your feet as quickly as possible if referrals are needed or someone else may be better placed to help - no dragging out sessions unnecessarily as I've seen with others.
Her knowledge is second to none; I only wish I had found her sooner! Thanks Amanda :)"
Charlotte Cobb
"Amanda addressed my back and shoulder issues, as well as overall skeletal and muscular health. Her straight forward common sense approach, blended with a holistic view and ability to explain the neurological aspect of rehabilitation- gives you that “aha” moment. This ensures lifelong change and ultimately fixing my issues permanently. I have had physio and chiropractic care for over 25 years and this is the first I’ve had real breakthrough and permanent fixing of my issues. I can’t thank you enough Amanda. I thoroughly recommend her services."
